So How Do You Stop Drinking Soda?
Hello Sea Dogs! The question of the day is how do you kick the habit of drinking soda.
It is a very nasty habit. Soda bloats you, you feel horrible and fat. The caffeine does nothing because your body is amnion to it, because you drink so much of it. So that doesn't help.
That's my biggest obstetrical, is kicking soda out of my life. What about you? Do you have the same problem?
Here are 3 quick tips for kicking your soda habit for good

Another way is to mix fruit in a blender. It is an alternative way to hydrate other than water. Fruit will also plunish your body with other vitimens having you feel fresh and energetic.
The best way for me to kick the soda habit, is to eliminate temptations and keep it out of the house.
