That's my biggest obstetrical, is kicking soda out of my life. What about you? Do you have the same problem?

The best way for me to kick the soda habit, is to eliminate temptations and keep it out of the house.
Now, I'm sure that I am not the only one out there that say's, I'm going to lose weight for their new years resolution. After a few short months go by and you start to fall off the bandwogon. Sure like most people you start of like gang busters and go 4 to 5 times consistently. You start to see small results and you feel good about yourself. That's when some start to fall off and the others will push to keep going. I'm typically one who falls off, but not this time. The second you start to fall off going to the gym, you are done. I know life gets in the way kids and work. I get it I use the same excuses. It's the hardest part of being consistent with your exercise routine.
Being fit is a lifestyle. If your not willing to change your eating habits and squeezing in a workout in between your crazy schedule, then it's not going to work long term for you. Like I said it's a lifestyle. You have carve out a time period in your schedule and stick to it. Kind of like setting a meeting in your work schedule. You know you are not going to skip that, right? It's a mind set thing! Exercising is one thing, but the bigger ingredient is dieting. If you want to be fit then it is imperative that you eat healthy.
Now, I talk about it but just like everyone else I fall into the same trap. I start strong only to quit a few months down the road. I write this blog to share what I have learned.
